week 8 homework How do you feel about western approach to HIV?

I just feel like western approach is that subscribing medication with bunch of side effect.

It is just like no pain no gain.

Even if AIDS is properly prevented, if subscriber gets lots of side effect, I can't completely go with AIDS medication.
